Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking an expedition with Untamed Expeditions.

1. Bookings and Payments

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your place on a trip. The remainder is to be paid no later than 3 months prior to the trip departure date.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Non refundable 20% to secure your place on a trip. Remainder to be paid no later than 3 months prior to trip departure. Untamed Expeditions may cancel with full refund up to 3 months prior to departure.

3. Medical and Fitness Requirements

Participants must be in good physical health and capable of enduring the conditions described in the expedition itinerary. Untamed Expeditions reserves the right to decline any participant who we believe is unfit for the rigors of the tour, for their own safety and the safety of the group.

4. Itinerary Changes

Due to the unpredictable nature of wilderness expeditions, itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to weather, logistical challenges, or safety concerns. Our guides will always seek the best alternative arrangements.
